Fennel Studio began as a way of filling my need for
functional soft items that had a modern, high quality look
and feel. My designs and ideas now cover a range of
household and wearable items.
I am drawn to colors and textures, vintage designs, and
Japanese aesthetics.
I design and create one-of-a-kind items in a smoke-free,
dog-friendly studio. I use earth-friendly, organic, or
sustainable materials when possible. I dye yarns and
fabrics with safe, low impact dyes.
Your purchase of my unique handcrafted work has a more
beneficial and ethical economic impact on our community
than consumption of the typical factory made imported item.
Thank you for supporting the handmade movement!
I currently live in Rochester MN. I’m originally from Red
Bud IL and I've lived in Charleston IL, Nagoya Japan,

I've been working in various arts organizations and
non-profits for over a decade, from education and visitor
services to marketing and development. Please don’t forget
to support your favorite non-profit organizations!
