I am inspired by colors and textures, 1950s graphic design, natural and urban spaces, and Japanese aesthetics. I design and create one-of-a-kind items in a smoke-free, dog-friendly studio. I use high-quality yarns and fabrics. I prefer to repurpose/upcycle materials when possible.

My work is unique and hand-crafted -- and has a more beneficial, ethical economic impact than the typical factory-made imported item. I enjoy bringing modern design to life in a fun and affordable way.

I currently live in Rochester MN. I grew up in Red Bud IL and I've lived in Charleston IL, Nagoya Japan, Chicago IL, and Honolulu HI.

I've been working in various arts organizations for over a decade, from education and visitor services to marketing and development. I’m a fan of all the organizations I’ve worked for -- each one has a unique mission and does really incredible work. You’ll find some of those museums and art centers in my
